For the first time ever, customers from countries all around the globe will be able to share in the excitement and fun of DubLi’s Global Online Auctions. DubLi will now offer a total of four auction platforms; the two current platforms – USA/North America (US) and European Union (EU), and the two additional platforms Australia (AU) and Global, for the rest of the world. The launching of these four platforms creates an environment where Users from around the world will compete against each other and bid on the same products simultaneously and the price of those products will be reduced, in real-time, on all four platforms. This will generate more bidding activity and create more buying opportunities. It will also make it possible for DubLi to add more state-of-the-art and luxury products to auctions, since we will now have thousands of bidders from around the world competing, in every time zone, on products 24 hours a day.

We have also added a few new and exciting features to all four platforms. First, customers will be able to view the auction items that they are bidding on in their own local currencies. Second, on the Xpress Auction, when customers click “”View Price” they will see a clock showing the amount of time the auction has been running. In addition, the Global Auction will offer hundreds of Name Brand products, amazing top auctions, one-of-a-kind product packages and exclusive DubLi Adventures to customers all over the world the world…yes, anywhere in the world…in real time!

Below you will find the new pricing chart for our four platforms, as you can see the bidding range on Unique bid has changed in $ from 0.25 to 0.20, this should give our customers a better opportunity to acquire the products for an even lower price!

In preparation of the seamless and successful launch of our two new auction platforms, DubLi.com (US and EU) will temporarily be offline beginning on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 1100 CET for two hours until 0100 CET. All auctions will be frozen while the Dubli.com is offline. All auctions will begin again, where they were left off, once Dubli.com (US, EU, AU and Global) is brought back online.

We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience associated with this downtime but assure you that DubLi.com will be even more spectacular than before.

The addition of the new platforms will affect people from the following countries:

• People from Russia, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Norway, Switzerland and Ukraine that were originally on the EU platform will be transferred to the Global Platform.
• People from Australia and New Zealand that were originally on the US platform will be transferred to the AU Platform.
• The US platform will only host users from Canada, USA including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska
• The EU platform will only host users from Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cypress, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden and United Kingdom.
• The AU platform will only host users from Australia and New Zealand.
• Users from countries not contained within the US, AU and/or EU platforms will be transferred to the Global Platform.

In order to help us facilitate the flawless transition of our existing users to their respective new platforms, we respectfully request that EXISTING Users DO NOT TRY TO MOVE OR CREATE a new account ON ANY OF THE NEW PLATFORMS themselves. YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU ATTEMPT TO MANUALLY TRANSFER YOUR ACCOUNT OR CREDITS.

Simply continue as you are today and in approximately 7 to 10 days after the launch, and with a single click, you will be able to transfer to your respective new platform. Customers will have 90 days after the transfer feature is implemented to complete their transition. You will be notified, on the website, automatically when the transfer feature has been activated. Please conclude all unfinished Auctions, transactions and purchases before you transfer to your new platform. Once you transfer you will not be able to continue participating in auctions on your previous platform or recover any lost information. We will also make an announcement, in an upcoming newsletter, when the transition feature will be available!

NEW CUSTOMERS should be encouraged to of course register NEW ACCOUNTS on their respective new platforms.
